Tinroot

a small browser rpg

About

I wanted a small game I could check without clearing an evening for it. Tinroot became a place for short fights, useful pockets, and pets that turn up uninvited.

On the shelves

10 regions · 10 bosses · 55 enemies · 215 items · 90 recipes · 15 pet species

It all belongs to one character. Gear changes fights, tools and runes change gathering, and pet abilities help both. Materials are meant to travel between activities instead of ending as vendor clutter.

Why it looks this way

I like old browser games: plain pages, visible numbers, and buttons that say what they do. There are no paid advantages or expiring streaks. Crops can wait.

The game is unfinished. I add things carefully and sometimes move the furniture.

What gets added

I try to add connected pieces: a creature needs a place to live, a drop needs a use, and a recipe needs ingredients you can actually reach. If a system cannot explain itself in a few lines, it probably needs another pass.
